For the past three years, I have been working as a Field Account Manager with SYGMA, where I focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This role has given me valuable experience in account management, customer relations, and operational understanding within the supply chain industry. I have enjoyed the challenges and growth opportunities it has presented, and it has strengthened my commitment to building a long-term career with SYGMA.
Looking ahead, my goal is to continue expanding my knowledge and skill set as I work toward greater leadership responsibilities. I aspire to advance into a Director role, where I can lead a department and make a larger organizational impact. Ultimately, my long-term vision is to continue proving myself and earning the opportunity to serve as a Vice President General Manager, overseeing an entire center. I am motivated by the potential to guide teams, drive operational excellence, and contribute to SYGMA’s overall success on a broader scale.
