During the Fall Semester of 2025, I participated in the BUS-X390 Integrative Experience, a capstone project that combines finance, marketing, and operations to simulate the challenges of managing a real business. Working collaboratively with my teammates, Danielle Kulich and Erika Corya, we managed a simulated footwear company called All Day Kicks over a ten-year business cycle. Each week, we analyzed performance results and made strategic decisions to improve our company’s financial health, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency. My primary responsibilities included contributing to decision-making discussions, interpreting performance data, and helping prepare our annual presentations. These presentations highlighted our company’s successes, areas for improvement, and strategies for future growth. This project has been an excellent opportunity to apply classroom concepts to a realistic business environment, strengthening my teamwork, analytical, and strategic planning skills as we work toward completing it at the end of the Fall 2025 semester.
