Lancer Cooperative

Welcome to the Lancer Cooperative

We are working together to prepare students for after high school. Our goal is to create a real business within our school where students design, prototype, build, promote and manage all aspect of the program with industry support. We are partnering with local businesses to support us in this project.

Many local businesses are supporting us through:

• Becoming member of our CTE Advisory or Lancer Cooperative boards

• Knowledge of how a business is run and best practices for full functionality

• Volunteering to co-teach lessons on topics that pertain to their expertise

• Guidance on what classes should be taught and what should be taught in them

• Leading facility tours of their locations to show students industry possibilities

• Creating internship and worksite experiences for students

• Providing materials and funds to support the student led projects
