PCNC 440 Conversational

The Tormach PCNC 440 is a CNC Milling machine that can cut multiple materials and do it quickly and efficiently. It is a very robust machine that has many fail safes built in so hurting it is hard to do.

Part 1 - Wooden Name Plate

Using the video below as a guide (it will not give you the exact steps) build a name plate for yourself out of 2" x 4".

- All six sides should be machined flat and parallel to the opposite side

- It should say both your first and last name

- Finished in a visually appealing manner

Part 2 - Dice

Using the Tormach mill create a standard six sided die. The tutorial below explain different ways to create holes, it may be helpful to watch it.

- Should be a 1.25" cube

- Opposite sides should add up to 7

- Opposite sides should be parallel to one another

- All holes should be set up correctly
