The leadership team is committed to working collaboratively to establish building-level goals that align with the district’s strategic plan. Together, they will develop a comprehensive support plan to guide progress throughout the year. This plan will outline how teams will execute key initiatives, how leadership will measure growth, and how consistent communication loops and targeted professional development will be implemented to ensure ongoing success and alignment.

The district leadership team is responsible for establishing a strong unified vision for MnMTSS and for providing resources, structures and processes to guide evidence-based decisions, effective actions and systems improvement across all schools. Our district team provides guidance on a linked teaming structure to school and EC program leaders.

The purpose of the Tier 1 Instructional Team is to guide staff in the effective implementation of our core curriculum. While the primary focus has traditionally been on literacy, the team's support may extend to other subject areas as needed.

The Behavior and SEL Team helps keep a pulse on the building’s climate and culture to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

The problem solving team collaboratively supports staff in analyzing student data to guide tiered interventions and monitor progress. By reviewing referrals, preparing background information, and leading data-driven meetings, the team identifies student needs, selects effective, research-based interventions, and ensures clear communication and ongoing support for teachers and families
