As defined by MDE: MnMTSS collaborative linked teams include a district leadership team, school leadership teams, grade-level teams (or PLCs) and student intervention teams. The purpose of the district and school leadership teams are to ensure that the implementation infrastructure is developed to support staff in implementing MnMTSS as intended and improving academic, social emotional Minnesota Multi-Tiered System of Supports | 14 and behavioral outcomes for students, sustain MnMTSS implementation over time and across staff, scale-up MTSS over time and across units and ensure continuous improvement of fidelity and student outcomes
