MTSS is a three tiered prevention framework that organizes building-level resources to address individual student’s academic and/or behavioral needs. This systematic approach is designed to support all learners. The system included implementing a research based curriculum alongside an intervention system that responds to both academic and SEL needs. The intervention tiers vary in intensity and provide a continuum of support. This system allows us to identify learning and behavioral challenges early and provide appropriate interventions to support areas of need.
