Hastings Schools utilize a universal screener to proactively identify students who may be at risk of not meeting grade-level benchmarks. This data plays a critical role in our intervention identification process, guiding the placement of students into appropriate Tier 2 and Tier 3 support services. To validate these initial findings and further refine our understanding of each student's needs, we administer diagnostic assessments. The results of these assessments help pinpoint specific skill gaps, allowing us to develop personalized learning plans that support each student's academic growth and overall development.
