School Improvement - Our Priorities 

Our priorities this year are as follows:

1. Behaviour, attitudes and personal development 

To embed a culture of excellence whereby all children can collaborate and engage positively in school life

2. Robust curriculum and outcomes

To embed the mixed age rolling curriculum, ensuring high expectations and outcomes

3. High quality inclusive practice for all

To ensure that teaching is carefully adapted so that all children can access learning and be successful 

4.  Leadership at all levels (including junior leadership) 

To ensure that all children, have opportunities for leadership and further development 

5. Assessment to drive progress and outcomes

     To ensure our assessment is robust, informs next steps in learning and supports all children to make progress

School Uniform

It is great to see the children looking smart in their school uniforms. Just a reminder that all shoes should be black, earrings need to be studs only and hair bands should be small and in school colours.

Healthy School 

As a school, we promote healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle. Snacks should be fruit only. Water should be sent in children's bottles and children may have squash/juice at lunchtime only. Children will not be allowed to drink squash during lessons. 

As we have children with allergies at Elaine, we are a nut free school so please consider this when packing your child a packed lunch.
