If a user has mistakenly blocked tools needed to participate (camera, screen sharing or mic) these options can be reset while in the meeting.
Chrome users, click on the lock icon in the front of the address bar to access the settings.
Students using Firefox should know that closed captioning (CC) is not available. To access available tools that may be blocked, click on the dot dash, dash dot icon to access the camera, mic and sharing options.
