Host Controls

Google has built in a number of safeguards for the host of the meeting to maintain control of the online environment.  As the host, you can decide if others can join the meeting before you, share their screen &/or send chat messages.  To locate, click on the badge symbol with the lock on the bottom right of your screen and review the settings shown.
