Required Paperwork
You must complete and submit both Livescan fingerprints and TB clearance before working with students.
(Note that if you already have these on file with Inyo County Office of Education from working as a substitute teacher or other ICOE work, you don't need to do them again.)
Livescan Fingerprinting
We now offer free Livescan Fingerprinting at Inyo County Office of Education in Bishop for our docents!Contact Elizabeth Bravo at ebravo@inyocoe.org or (760) 873-3262, OR Elyse Morrison at emorrison@inyocoe.org or (760) 873-3262 x2120 to arrange a time to come in! We are at 166 Grandview Drive in Bishop.
You need to use the Fingerprint form below - there are some pre-printed docent packages with all of the forms below on my desk, or Elyse can print it out if needed. Make sure you let her know you are a docent for our own Inyo COE programs!
For other locations, please use the form below so fingerprints go to the correct place and you are not charged. You may be charged a "rolling fee" (usually $25). Keep the receipt and submit it for reimbursement.

TB Risk Assessment
Fill out and take to your local health department for a signature - both Inyo and Mono Counties will sign these for free for volunteers and school personnel. If you need to get a TB test, send us a copy of the results and the receipt if there is a charge, and we'll reimburse you. Inyo County Health Department does have walk-in hours for TB clearance forms on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-4 pm. Please inform the public health staff that you work for the schools and need a TB risk assessment signed. (or a test if you have risk factors). They have moved and are now located at 1360 N. Main St., Ste. 203-C in the new building adjacent to Grocery Outlet. Their phone number is 760-873-7868.

New for 2020-21: COVID-19 Training
We are all now required to complete this online training for following COVID-19 safety guidelines before going onto school campuses.
Go to getsafetytrained.com
Register as a new user - on the registration / sign-in page you have to select the letter "I" for Inyo County Office of Education first, then once you sign in, you select "Inyo COE" from the "I" list.
Select "All Staff/All Departments under Job Title/Department.
Enter a password and click "Agree"
Click on "View All Courses"
The COVID-19 training module is under Medical and Emergency Preparedness.
Once complete, take a screenshot of your certificate and send it to me, and I'll submit it to personnel.
