During the Erasmus+ Week hosted by our Comprehensive Institute from 17 to 19 April, one of the collaborative activities was the creation of the official logo for the project.
Students from Spain, Portugal, Hungary, and Italy worked together in mixed-nationality groups, promoting cooperation, communication, and intercultural exchange. Each group started from a selection of symbols representing the project's core values and was encouraged to personalise, combine, and reinterpret them creatively to produce an original logo.
This activity was much more than a design exercise: it was an opportunity for students to share ideas, negotiate choices, and work collaboratively despite their different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Through teamwork, they expressed the key principles of the project—sustainability, inclusion, European citizenship, and cooperation—while developing creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
At the end of the workshop, each group presented its logo to the other participants, explaining the meaning behind its design. All the logos were then displayed and voted on by students and teachers, and the winning logo was officially selected as the visual identity of the Erasmus+ project.
The activity perfectly reflected the spirit of Erasmus+: learning together, valuing diversity, and building a shared European identity through collaboration and creativity.
