From 20 to 23 April, four teachers from our school had the opportunity to take part in a Job Shadowing experience at Colegio Joyfe in Madrid, Spain.

The mobility provided an enriching opportunity to observe teaching practices directly in the Spanish school environment and to learn about new educational approaches, teaching methodologies and classroom strategies. By attending lessons and observing teachers at work, our participants were able to compare different educational systems and reflect on their own teaching practices.

The experience also had an important cultural dimension. Living and working in an international environment allowed the teachers to discover Spanish culture, traditions and everyday life, while strengthening their awareness of the shared values that connect European school communities.

This Job Shadowing experience was therefore not only a valuable opportunity for professional development, but also a meaningful intercultural experience. The knowledge, ideas and good practices gained in Madrid will contribute to enriching our school's educational approach and will be shared with colleagues and the wider school community.
