1. Digital Dissemination via Institutional Channels

To ensure continuous visibility and broad outreach, the school has implemented a consistent digital dissemination strategy. Detailed updates, photos, and project highlights have been regularly published on the school's official institutional social media pages. This digital presence keeps parents, students, local educational institutions, and the broader community informed about the progress and key milestones of our Erasmus mobilities.

2. Local Community Engagement & High-Profile Incoming Mobility (April)

A major milestone in our dissemination efforts occurred in April, during our incoming mobility week, which hosted four foreign delegations:

Two delegations from Spain
One delegation from Portugal
One delegation from Hungary

To celebrate this international exchange and highlight the project's educational value, the school hosted a prestigious final evening event. For this occasion, the school actively engaged local government authorities to foster a dialogue on European cooperation and education. Prominent institutional guests invited to the event included:

Luigi Mennella, the Mayor of Torre del Greco.
Mariateresa Sorrentino, the Councillor for Education.

Their participation underscored the civil and institutional significance of the Erasmus program in our municipality and strengthened the link between our school and the city's administration.

3. Ecological Collaboration: Synergy with "Plastic Free"

In alignment with our educational goals of promoting sustainability and environmental awareness, the school established a formal collaboration with the environmental organization Plastic Free, thanks to their local representative Miss DanielaTatè. This partnership was highlighted during our incoming mobility, where we focused on ecological transition and active citizenship. To further institutionalize this ecological commitment, the school invited:

Laura Vitiello, the Councillor for Ecological Transition.

This synergy successfully demonstrated how European project themes can translate into concrete, localized ecological actions and civic pride.

4. Media Coverage

The high impact of our April incoming mobility and our environmental initiatives garnered significant external attention. The event and its collaborative activities were featured in a dedicated article in the prestigious regional newspaper, "IL MATTINO", providing our European project with widespread public visibility across the entire Campania region.

5. Peer and Community-Level Dissemination

To ensure that the benefits of the Erasmus mobilities are sustained and shared internally, two major dissemination events were organized:

For Parents and the Future School Community (Open Day): During the school's official Open Day, students will directly share their mobility experiences with their parents and prospective families. Utilizing the skills improved in our IT laboratory10, the pupils will present multimedia presentations they created, explaining the activities, cultural exchanges, and lessons learned during their travels.
For the School Staff during the End-of-Year Teachers' Assembly, all staff and teacher mobilities, including the methodologies and insights gained during professional training abroad, were formally presented and illustrated during the final Teachers' Assembly (collegio docenti di fine anno). This ensured that the professional enrichment of participating staff members was shared with the entire teaching body to inspire future collaborative and innovative didactics.
