Update on ZET Email Modification Operational SOP
1. Mobile Number Update
If a customer wants to update their mobile number, raise a ZLI to the technical team in the below format:
Title: Mobile Number Change
User: New / Existing
Reason: Clearly mention the reason for the change.
If the change is due to a bank update, attach the SR number.
The request must come only from the registered email ID.
Details to be included:
Customer Name
Old Mobile Number
New Mobile Number
TAT: 48 Hours
2. PAN Update
If a customer wants to update their PAN, raise a ZLI to the technical team in the below format:
Title: PAN Number Change
User: New / Existing
Reason: Clearly mention the reason.
Requests must be sent only from the registered email ID.
Details to be included:
Customer Name
Old PAN Number
New PAN Number
Mobile Number
PAN Card photo attachment
TAT: 48 Hours
How to check FD amount in CRM -
If the FD amount us showing 0 then its means FD is below 5K and If the amount is showing 5K and 10K K then FD is 5K to 10K ( CRM tab name FD AMOUNT)
SBM BILL PAY UPDATE
SBM RUPAY customers can pay their bill from the CRED application it is only on CRED as of now.
RUPEES 500 MINIMUM TOP-UP IN SBM CARD
We have gone live with RS 500minimum Top-Up value in SBM card from today and for all user. This need to be pitched each IB Call’s for card holder only for next three days and this is available multiple of 100. Use can do top up and also use for those where the customer is facing 2.5X limit breached failures ask them to upgrade their limit.
DELAY IN CARD DEKIVERY
We have received an update from the delivery team regarding the SBM card. Currently we have a high volume in card progress and the printing is in progress. Customer whose FDs are activated on 9th 10th 11th and 12th December will have card dispatched on the upcoming Saturday.
