·  We will be highlighting and getting the card blocked with respective banks on Cx’s behalf.

·  Respective banks will intimate about the card blocking through email/ SMS (channels opted by Cx with respective bank communications).

·  Customer can avail this service once in a month

·  Covers financial losses due to fraudulent card transactions, including phishing and counterfeit card fraud.

·  Protects both pre-reported and post-reported fraud incidents, offering coverage for up to 30 days prior.
