Soliloquy: My time at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbran

Write a soliloquy looking back at your time over the years at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbran. Go through each year in your journey at a time.

Think about:

  • The lifelong friends and the memories you've made along the way.

  • The teachers that have taught you, the skills you've learnt through your favourite learning experiences.

  • The experiences you've made through the love of the Welsh language, i.e representing Twynglas, Maen, Henllys or Llwyd at the Eisteddfod and Sports day.

  • The times you've represented the school, i.e. on stage, on the rugby, netball, hockey or football field.

Tasg: Hoffwn i chi greu poster ‘Yr Elfennau Cerddorol’ yn y Gymraeg fel rhan o gystadleuaeth. Mi fydd ennillydd o flwyddyn 3 a 4 ac un o flwyddyh 5 a 6. Bydd posteri yr ennillwyr yn cael eu harddangos yn y dosbarthiadau ac o gwmpas yr ysgol ym Mis Medi er mwyn dangos yr 8 elfen cerddorol. Gallwch ei greu gan ddefnyddio llaw neu gyda rhaglen cyfrifiadurol. Ar ôl i chi orffen, tynnwch lun o’ch poster a’i ddanfon at Mrs Griffiths Jones mewn e-bost: GriffithsN6@hwbcymru.net.

Task: As a part of a competition, I would like you to design a poster in Welsh noting these musical elements. The title will be ‘Yr Elfennau Cerddorol’. Your poster can be done by hand or you are welcome to use ICT. The winning posters will be displayed in the classrooms and throughout the school in September. After you have completed your colourful poster, please send it to Mrs Griffiths Jones in an e-mail: GriffithsN6@hwbcymru.net.

Gwyliwch y clip fideo isod, allan o raglen, 'Cic'. Ydych chi'n gallu sylwebu ar gem o'ch dewis chi? Recordiwch eich hun yn sylwebu am ddwy funud ar gem o'ch dewis chi e.e. gem bêl-rwyd, pêl-droed, rygbi neu griced ayyb.

Watch the video clip from the programme, 'Cic'. Can you commentate on a game of your choice? Record yourself doing a two minute commentary of your choice e.g on a netball game, football game, cricket game or rugby game etc.
