You have now tested your strategy. Before you proceed to scale up this strategy you now have the opportunity to review and change your procedures and processes in response to your implementation in step 3.
Are the strategy goals realistic, achievable and ambitious?
Are the processes that underpin the implementation of the strategy effective and efficient?
An opportunity now to gather feedback from practitioners who were part of step 3 (Putting your strategy into practice).
Evaluating progress through quality assurance processes e.g. learning walks/work scrutiny with the relevant teachers/departments
Adjust the strategy if necessary
An opportunity to report back to the SLT / Governing Body on how successful your strategy was on a small-scale.
Do you need to adjust your goals or expectations before you go about scaling up your strategy? (i.e. have you identified a structure that will facilitate implementation on a larger scale)?
Are your Operating Model processes simple enough for others to follow?
What worked effectively and what can you use as an example for others when scaling up your strategy?
