EMERGENCY INFORMATION
A current emergency card should be on file, in the school office, at all times. Accurate and up-to-date addresses, telephone numbers, and/or emergency medical information are very important to school personnel when children become ill and/or injured. Please provide changes to the elementary school office as soon as it is known. School files will be updated. In the event of an emergency, school officials will have access to the most current and reliable data needed to make necessary parent contacts.
Please make sure that at least one emergency contact can arrive at the school within 15 minutes.
