1. shoot under pressure from close range.
We had to slalom-dribble through the cones as quickly as possible and shoot through first one set of cones and then through two sets to develop our accuracy.
2. perform long corner routines as part of a team.
We learnt that long corners are given in hockey because the other team accidentally hits the ball behind the goal.
We started off by practising with out own team and then by playing against others!
