HUM is a subscription based revenue business. Drivers are responsible for purchasing a recurring subscription. App activations cannot  begin prior to a subscription purchase and may take 24 hours to activate the driver app. Past due or delinquent subscriptions result in deactivation and possible cancellation. Free trial periods are available for new first-time drivers only.

Subscription rates are monthly recurring, no contract and may be canceled at any time.
