Driver App

Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the HUM Driver App as there are differences between the ANDROID and IOS version of the app. Some features may/may not appear or be available based on your phone model.

When the app is opened after logging off, you will be prompted to enter your phone number and then generate an OTP (one-time passcode). A prompt will appear to allow permissions. You will receive an OTP via text. It is advised that you use the auto detection feature in your phone setting. When activated, this feature will detect and copy the OTP into the passcode field.

Locate the menu bar at the top-left corner and press.

The following features will appear:

• HUM Driver On/Off toggle

• HOME (map view)

• DRIVER CREDIT (not utilized at this time)

• PRIVATE/MANUAL RIDE (allows a driver to start and stop a ride in the app for the passenger-requires the driver to collect the fare)

• EARNINGS (view)
  WALLET (not in use currently) DO NOT USE!

• DRIVER RESOURCES (view documents)

• SUPPORT (use this tab to report any issues or questions) SEND SUPPORT MAIL

• RATE CARD (view current rates)

• LOGOUT (there is no need to log out) simply toggle the app to the “OFF” position

Toggle the app to the “ON” position. This action will take you to the HOME screen and your location on the map.
