Subscriptions & Rate Cards

HUM is a subscription based revenue business. Drivers are responsible for purchasing a recurring subscription. App activations cannot  begin prior to a subscription purchase and may take 24 hours to activate the driver app. Past due or delinquent subscriptions result in deactivation and possible cancellation. 

Types of Driver Subscriptions

Flex Driver

• $50.00 membership fee - no monthly subscription fee.

• Flex Drivers receive 75% of the on-demand fare and 100% of private ride fares less a per ride insurance charge to the drivers wallet. (AZ/ID $5.00 - CA $7.50)

Subscribed Drivers

• Pay a monthly recurring subscription tied to their vehicle type and receive 100% of all fares with no insurance surcharge.
