Generate OTP
If logged out, you will be prompted to enter your phone number to generate an OTP upon logging back in. You will receive an OTP via SMS. You can use your phone’s auto-detection feature to quickly copy/paste your OTP in the passcode field.
If you do not receive an OTP on your iOS or Android phone, try these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check Network Signal: Ensure you have a strong cellular signal and try switching between Wi-Fi networks if applicable.
Restart your phone: Sometimes a simple restart can fix connectivity issues.
for Blocked Numbers: Verify that 831-216-0932 sending OTPs isn't blocked on your phone.
Check Check Spam Folder: Check your SMS spam folder for potential OTP messages.
Verify Phone Number: Double-check that you've entered the correct phone number when registering for the service.
Device Specific Settings:
iOS (iPhone):
Do Not Disturb: Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is off.
iMessage: If you recently switched from an iPhone, check if your number is still registered with iMessage and deactivate it if necessary.
Carrier Settings Update: Check for available carrier settings updates.
Android:
SMS App Settings: Check your default SMS app settings for any potential issues with receiving messages.
Data Usage: Ensure that your mobile data is turned on and not restricted for the app sending OTPs.

Location Permissions
Upon logging in, you will be prompted to provide HUM Driver the ability to access your location. For the app to work properly, please ensure you enable “Precise Location” and “Always Allow” or “Allow While Using”.
Phone Setting
Open the app management settings in your phone/device and allow the following functions;
Allow notifications
Enable “Draw Over Other Apps”
Select Ring Tone
