HUM is a community of drivers. We operate with the driver’s best interest in mind. We believe that a happy driver makes for a great rideshare experience. To that extent, HUM formed a Driver Advisory Board that is charged with advising the company on matters that concern the driver’s safety, security and financial well-being. HUM is committed to running a transparent business model starting with paying drivers 100% of the fare and tip.

Support Tab:

The support tab in the driver and passenger app is the backbone of communicating needs and concerns of both the driver and passenger. Email through the support tab in the app creates a help desk ticket that is numbered and audited to ensure timely and accurate responses. 

Tuesday Virtual Driver Meetups:

Every Tuesday since our launch in February 2023, the company conducts a virtual (online) meet-up of the drivers in each state. HUM presents operating analytics that create a sense of ownership, accountability and transparency. Each meeting includes open mic time for drivers to voice any topics or concerns with management. Some of our best guidance has been the result of driver suggestions.

Weekly HUM Driver Newsletter:

HUM publishes a weekly driver newsletter recapping the information presented during the Virtual Driver meetup for those unable to attend. 

Coffee and Cruise Meetups:

HUM fosters in-person meetups that we call “Coffee and Cruises” watch for announcements for your next meetup and have a cup of coffee on HUM!

WhatsApp Driver Communities:

HUM created a driver-specific WhatsApp community where drivers are encouraged to share HUM-related information and information pertaining to passenger service. Every driver is encouraged to join and profit from mentorship, leads, and information.
