Q.    What do I do if I get an error message when I try to sign in to TAC?

A.     You probably need to clear your cache and cookies in Chrome.  Follow these steps:

1. Open Chrome.

2. On your browser toolbar, click More (the three stacked dots in the top right corner)

3. Choose Delete Browsing Data.

4. In the "Delete browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose "all time" to delete everything (I almost always choose this option).

6. Click Delete browsing data.

7. Restart Chrome

8. Try to login to TAC again
