Q. How do I change my password?
The best way to change your password is to go to My Humble, tap your Name (or the profile icon) in the top right corner, then choose "Change Password. You can also press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your laptop and follow the prompts (See below for what to do AFTER you change your password!)
Q. What do I AFTER I change my password?
A. The next time you change your password, you might also need to address these things:
Humble-WiFi - If you access Humble-WiFi from your phone, watch, or other personal device, you'll need to go in and "forget" that network and then sign in again using your username and new password.
Email on Phone - Make sure you change your email settings on your phone to reflect your new password.
Autofill - When you are logged in to Rapid Identity in Chrome, click the menu button in the top right corner, click Settings, choose Autofill, then Passwords, and remove any old passwords associated with Humble ISD. (Don't remove ALL of your passwords, or you'll be mad at me next time you go to sign in to a website and it's not there!)
