Q. What is the document camera software called?
A. Look for AVer+ or Sphere2 on your presenting computer or Newline PC.
If you don’t have it, you can download it yourself from Software Center (tap the windows icon at the bottom of your screen and search for Software Center).

Q. What do I do if my document camera won't focus or stay connected?
A. Sometimes your document camera needs to be restarted.
Unplug the camera from the power adapter
Unplug the USB cord as well
Close AVer or Sphere2 software
Wait at least 30 seconds and then plug everything back in
Restart your software.
If this doesn't work, please submit a ticket.
Q. Can I connect a document camera to a Chromebook?
A. Yes! Download Sphere Lite from Software Center.
