Q. How can I load apps onto my iPad?
Look for the Mosyle app on the iPad and follow these directions. If you don’t see what you need, submit a ticket with the exact app name (links are helpful) and the name of your iPad(s). The iPad name should be on the lock screen or you can go to Settings > General > About. (The app doesn’t have to be free - we have some app money left!)
Q. Why won’t the app on my iPad update?
Most of the iPads at ASE are iPad 2s, which have reached the end of their lives and will not update beyond their current version. Please make sure you test your iPad activities out before you present to students!
Q. Do we have an iPad cart to check out?
Not at the moment. The iPads on our old cart have reached the end of their useful lives.
