Q. Why should I create a support request?
A. The support requests come to me, the helpdesk and the tech assigned to our campus. This means you'll get help faster! This also helps us keep your requests organized, and help the district gather data to make decisions about ASE's needs.
Q. How do I create a support request?
Call ext. 8255
Send a detailed email to support@humbleisd.net including:
- room number and contact info
- detailed description of the problem (including the device asset tag number if possible)
Create an Service Now ticket
1. Go to Service Now (also located in My Humble)
2. Click + to create a new incident
3. Fill out all the required information
4. Click "Save"
