A CAS experience is a specific action in which the student engages with one or more of the three CAS strands. CAS Project must include more than one strand. HIS students must include all 3 strands at least once in each year. (Total of 2 times in 2 year)
Creativity: Creativity is interpreted as imaginatively as possible to include creativity of activities and to include creativity by the individual student in designing and thinking. This could also include dance, theater, music, art and language study, for example.
Activity: Activity includes physical exertion contributing to a healthy lifestyle and physical development. Activity can include participation in expeditions, individual and team sports and physical training.
Service: Service is an unpaid and voluntary exchange that has a learning benefit for the student. The rights, dignity and autonomy of all those involved are respected. Service is community or social service; it can include environmental and international projects. Service activities should not only involve actions for others but also actions with others and develop a real commitment with them.
