It is essential to develop Self-Management skills to be successful in life. Throughout the 2 years, students should continue planning, and adjusting it to stay impactful in their intended learning and goals. Developing Long Term Plans is essential to successfully address all 7 Learning Outcomes, extend and clarify ideas to illustrate passion and value in a sustainable balance. Students are required to submit their Long Term Plans in their Portfolio. (Link to the Long Term Planner in “Aims and Goals” section of Managebac. Refer to Page 10.) Students must plan for and stay engaged throughout the 2 year course of the CAS Programme. The Long Term Plan format helps students ensure including all requirements in a sustainable pace throughout the 2 years, divided into 2 cycles, (Cycle 1 Year 1 August to May, Cycle 2: Year 1 June to Year 2 February )
