Welcome to our Maker Space Place!

Here at Brookland Middle School we have developed a flexible and engaging mobile maker space that utilizes guided inquiry to spark innovation, creativity, and critical thinking in both students and teachers.

With an incredible grant from the Henrico Education Foundation of $11,000 dollars we were able to purchase iPads, iPod Touches, Sphero, VR Goggles, Lego WeDo Kits, and a 3D printer!!!!

With the help of a Capital One Grant we were able to purchase our mobile cart, cases for our devices, and supplies for our printer!

With a generous gift from Tiny Tim's Toys, we were able to add on some hands on learning games for our classrooms!

With the support of our local PTSA we were able to purchase Apps for the iPads and iPods.
