Here you will be able to access all of your documents, connect to your appointment links, direct message our clinic, and upload copies of your insurance cards.
STEP 1: Check Your Email to Gain Access to your Portal
You will receive an email from AMD (please check your inbox and spam folders).
Follow the directions below starting with your email invitation
The correct email to begin your portal registration will look like the message below.
Make sure it has the same Create Your Account button to send you directly to the portal setup connected with your chart.
STEP 2: Complete Your Account Registration
Clicking on the button in the email will bring you directly to a page stating COMPLETE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION at the top of the page.
You will be prompted ONLY to create a password that will need to contain the following:
One capital letter
One lowercase letter
One number
One symbol
Once your password is set, confirm your date of birth and check the box for Terms & Conditions
*Patients will not need to input any additional data as it has already been uploaded from your patient chart*
Finally, click the GREEN button to register.
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT CLICK THE LOG-IN BUTTON IN BLUE AT THE BOTTOM
STEP 3: Familiarize Yourself with Your Portal
If you have correctly completed your registration it will open your new patient portal automatically.
TROUBLESHOOTING REGISTRATION:
Remember, before you can use the "login" function you will need to use steps 1-2 to register for access.
If you do not successfully get into your patient portal, revisit the link from the email invite to ensure you clicked on the button that says "COMPLETE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION"
If instead the button you clicked read "Sign in to your account" you will not be connected correctly as initial registration was not completed.
If you did not receive an email that looks exactly as the above, please first request to reset password contact our Patient Services Team at 512-777-2591 or email them at info@headinghealth.com. This will allow us to verify your correct email information and resend the invitation.
