To access appointments select either the calendar icon labeled APPOINTMENTS at the top of the page or the calendar icon labeled REQUEST APPOINTMENTS toward the bottom of the page.
At this time we do not offer direct scheduling through the patient portal - instead your requests will be process and confirmed.
To see upcoming appointments scheduled select UPCOMING from the top bar.
Usually, there will be a number next to it if there is a pending appointment soon.
Once you have selected UPCOMING any appointments scheduled will be listed.
To join the appointment select the JOIN WAITING ROOM button to open the pop-up appointment window
Once the window opens, a confirmation of last name EXACTLY as it is shown in the patient portal and the date of birth will be required.
Once confirmed it will open to the telehealth waiting room.
Make sure to allow both the camera and microphone within your browser settings.
Once your settings are complete wait for the JOIN CALL button in the top right is green and the message "WAITING FOR PROVIDER' has disappeared.
After the button turns green it means the provider is in the room and able to allow you access into the chat. Click JOIN CALL once you see this to start.
Once in the call your provider will show as the main screen, with your picture in a smaller screen.
You will also see a few buttons at the bottom of the videos for you to access different features.
While the session is going on if any documents need to be shared you can open the chat option and attach any documents to be downloaded between the provider and patient.
