To access messages click the envelope icon labeled MESSAGES at the top, or select the large question mark icon toward the bottom of the page labeled ASK A QUESTION.
To begin a new message select ASK A QUESTION to begin typing a new message through to the clinic.
Select the department you would like to send a message to using the SUBJECT drop-down as follows:
ASK PHYSICIAN/PROVIDER DIRECTLY- This option will send a message directly over to your provider.
BILLING & PAYMENTS- Messages will be sent directly to our billing department. Any questions about balances, statements, estimates, or payment plan options can be sent here.
GENERAL Q&A- This will be sent to our complete coordinator team and they will reach back out either via portal message or phone call on your general inquiry.
PATIENT HEALTH INFORMATION- Choose Patient Health Information only if directed to do so by your provider. This is for entering health data you gathered yourself, such as blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure readings, or exercise & diet tracking. Your message may be seen by personnel other than the intended recipient.
