Now that you have completed your initial REMs and Janssen Care program enrollments here are the next steps until your first scheduled appointment:
Our Prior Authorizations team will work with your provider and scheduling coordinator to submit the authorization request to your insurance. this process can take 3-14 days depending on your policy and approval process. If anything should arise, our team will reach out and let you know if there is any further steps that need to be taken.
Once a Prior Authorization is complete, the information will be sent over to your speciality pharmacy assigned for your medication coverage.
Your Specialty Pharmacy will complete your review of coverage for the Spravato medication, and will contact you directly to review the cost of medication copay and obtain consent of delivery to our clinic.
Once approved by you, the pharmacy will contact our clinic to arrange delivery of your medication prior to your first appointment
Please be aware an approved PA does not guarantee coverage
Lastly a clinical staff member will contact you 1 business day prior to your first visit with us to review the Ketamine Dos and Donts
