After you have registered your portal access for the first time, you can access it by clicking the link on https://headinghealth.com or directly by visiting this link: https://patientportal.advancedmd.com/153643/account/logon

Here you will find quick access to the most common needs.

You can visit your profile, find dates and links for upcoming appointments, messages to and from your care team, bill pay, prescription information, health records, forms that you may need to complete, and more!

NOTE: If this is your FIRST time to the portal you may have forms to complete prior to your first appointment. Check the forms tab prior to your first scheduled consultation or appointment to ensure the appropriate forms are completed and to avoid cancellation. 

APPOINTMENTS

Virtual appointments require a unique, secure link for access. You can access this link in two ways.

First you will receive an email with the link.  Again, if you do not recieve this email, please check your spam folder, ensure you have given preferred email to keep on file, and allow for emails to be sent from AdvancedMD and Heading health.

Second, you can access your appointment links by logging into the appointment and navigating to your appointment tab.
