Peace keeper are trained in how to conduct the "TALK IT OUT" process. These leadership students wear orange vests and are on the look-out to assist with conflicts, and hard to have feelings.

Steps For Talk it Out

1. Take Time to cool Off

3. Think of ways to solve your Problem
4. Choose the idea that works best for both of you
