The Constitution was created by Norths students 2018-2019. The concept of creating a school-wide Constitution came from Responsive Classroom a positive school disciple program. The Constitution articles are linked to our HCSD Essential outcomes( see below). Each year North students will elect two delegates and revisit the Constitution and determine if any changes/addendum's need to be made.
