Please note that we cannot issue refunds after an event has closed—this includes both credit card payments and instructional funds.

Additionally, Eventbrite transaction fees are non-refundable at any time.

🔹 Registration Mistakes

If you realize there was a mistake in your event registration, please contact Sarah McCrary right away at smccrary@hcs.k12.ca.us. She’ll be happy to help!

Please be sure you complete all registration questions until you receive a QR code or can download a ticket.  This ensures we have all of the necessary information to check you in and create instructional fund vouchers for students. 

🔹 Eventbrite Reservations

Reservations made through Eventbrite are for INTERNAL USE ONLY and do not guarantee entrance to the event. All families must check in with Horizon staff upon arrival at every event.
