2/27 DECISION LOG

🔎 What Did We Decide? We decided Our jobs for the next classes and next couple of weeks this qaurter.

📝 Why Did We Choose This? Becaus we need to know who does what and when they are going/ have to do it.

⚠ What Problems Might Happen? People Not doing there jobs when we dont have class periods.

✅ How Will We Fix Problems? Make people own up to their missed work and keep track with others and there work.

📢 Decision Summary: Today we decided on the jobs for us to be working with while we dont have class, the problem could be people not doing their work, we can solve this by checking in with others making sure they are doing there work.

🔎 What Did We Decide? We decided on our best Layout for this project.

📝 Why Did We Choose This?

Because its a very imporatnt part in this project to make sure we have everything perfect and Layed out.

⚠ What Problems Might Happen?

Not enough work days, long walks, not enough trails.

✅ How Will We Fix Problems?

Ask others in other groups to help us build off of our orignial ideas.

📢 Decision Summary:

Our Descicion to Chooose the perfect Layout for this part of the project is very effecient and Helpful. This Descion also helped with all the pre planning and layouts for futre failures and succeses.

We have decided to reach out and obtain funding from local community organizations dedicated to fundraising for school projects. Specifically Home Depot, Lowes, Chick-fil-A, Local garden clubs, and El Metate.

📝 Why Did We Choose This?

They have goals that align with ours and could provide us with money or help.

⚠ What Problems Might Happen?

An organization may decline to provide us with essential funds

✅ How Will We Fix Problems?

Have other potential fundraising choices on standby

📢 Decision Summary:

Our decision today is to reach out to any local organizations that provide funds for school projects. In the case that one declines, we can have another organization on standby.

We decided on having a $1,805 miscellaneous budget as a precaution to price increases.

📝 Why Did We Choose This?

We chose this because there might be some hidden costs or unexpected increases in prices.

⚠ What Problems Might Happen?

As before stated, prices may increase unexpectedly or we may encounter hidden costs.

✅ How Will We Fix Problems?

Utilize our misc budget.

📢 Decision Summary:

In anticipation of the future, we have set aside a miscellaneous budget to cover any unforseen hidden costs and/or price increases.
