We decided on dimensions of deck 10 feet by 20 feet and materials to the deck

Because we measured the space and slope to decide the best dimensions together

Readjust our design make deck smaller or bigger move deck closer or farther from marsh

📢 Decision Summary:

To create an effective learning environment, we chose a deck measuring 10 feet by 20 feet and selected materials based on measurements of the space and slope. However, due to potential obstructions from rocks and trees, we may need to adjust the design, possibly making the deck smaller or larger and relocating it closer to or further from the marsh.

The project includes well-defined trails with accurate layouts leading to various destinations, and the path is already paved. However, there is a lot of unexplored space, and insufficient information regarding the materials needed for the project. To address this, utilizing extra materials available around the school could be a viable solution.

because we need a base to start from an this would be required for that.

A challenge we might face with the budget is deciding what we think is the most important and also having a lack of donations, supplies, money, and marketing (people don’t really know about it)

A backup plan we could fall back on is confining in the marketing and outreach team to figure out a way to spread more awareness on our project.

To support student well-being, community members can utilize social media to reach families effectively, addressing the current challenge of limited promotion and care. As a backup plan, promoting in front of stores and distributing flyers will help increase awareness and engagement.
