We decided as a team to adopt Brayleigh's Plan (Plan "A').

Her plan included the most detail and conveyed a clear path for moving forward with the project. She also included many features our client desires.Β

Problems could include lapses in funding and/or other difficulties in the design or management of the project.Β
β How Will We Fix Problems?Β
In the event of a problem, we will communicate as a team and work to fix the issues while maintaining the original plan. We have prepared alternative designs if they're needed.Β

the biggests costs to consider are the garden and outdoor classroom

These projects will need the most materials, meaning that we will have to spend the most money on them.

Theres a possibility that we could go over budget.

Find alternative materials to prevent from going over budget

The biggest costs we need to consider is the garden and the outdoor classroom. these projects need the most materials including stuff like lattuce and wall dividers. We wouldnt want to go over budget so a solution to that is finding good materials in our price range. In order to find those good materials we will need to find places with a good reputation that people trust to get their materials from.

We chose this specific audience because it can prosper our business idea, by getting the word out and gaining interest.

The biggest challenge we face reaching this audience is low resources and inexperience.
β How Will We Fix Problems?Β
Our backup plan is to revise our original plans set, see what went wrong, and find solutions to them.

The ideal audience for our nature learning observation can help promote our business idea by generating interest and spreading the word. We aim to engage volunteers, donors, or sponsors who share our commitment to enhancing student learning and protecting the environment. Our main challenge is limited resources and inexperience in reaching this audience. To address this, we have a backup plan to review our original strategy, identify issues, and develop solutions.
