π What Did We Decide?Β
We decided to go with a pretty simple design for a observation deck that is acessable for everyone
π Why Did We Choose This?Β
The reason we chose this is because its simple yet reliable, accessable for everyone, it has plenty of open space that contains everything that we need to learn, and it also includes classrooms and walking paths to study the environment and enjoy the outdoors.
β What Problems Might Happen?Β
The overall environment around the area we plan to build, and the weather that we will have to account for.
β How Will We Fix Problems?Β
We can work around this by using reliable resources and always using each other to come up with other plans that are even better than before.
π’ Decision Summary:Β
The best layout that we have chosen for this space is an accessable, open-spaced, functional, water resistant build that is useable even after a big storm, also different areas to hold class and enjoy the outdoors. Although we might run into issues such as the weather and work-space, we can work around them with our department's ideas, and others if needed.

We chose this because we thought that knowing what to look for in sponsors or donors is important.
β What Problems Might Happen? a problem that could happen is it could be hard to truly understand the reliability and trustworthiness of the sponsors and donors.
β How Will We Fix Problems?Β
we could sign a contract and reach and agreement with the sponsor so reliability doesn't have to be an issue.Β
π’ Decision Summary: we decided that reliability and efficiency are the most important factors when finding sponsors. Reliability is crucial to determine if a sponsor can be trusted and if they are worth business. Efficiency is also important to see if sponsors know what they are doing and if they know ho to do business.

We decided that ways to attract our audience are going to put on fundraisers, like auctions or raffles that can raise money and supplies for the project

We said this because putting on a raffle wouldn't cost us much to put on but it would raise a lot of money/supplies we need to create a better marsh land

To figure out a price for the raffle how much would be too much and not effectively attract a crowd

The best audience will be students, parents and teachers
π Why Did We Choose This?Β
We chose this selection of people because, the outdoor pavilion will be used for a school work space and allowing students, teachers and parents to see what we will be doing is going to get them invested and interested
β What Problems Might Happen?Β
Since we haven't built it and completely finished creating it people might have questions we can't answer.

We will come together and figure out a solution to answer the questions as a company.
π’ Decision Summary:Β
We believe that the best audience to reach is parents, students, and teachers, we think this because these are the main people who are going to use the pavilion so we want to make sure that they are informed about all possibilities and possible answers for this project. We want to make sure that they are informed about all this pavilion offers to the community. We want them to know about this hands on outdoor classroom area for students and teachers but also for parents to know what their student will be participating in, when it comes to this pavilion.
