Promoting a culture of innovation through continuous learning.

The key to keeping pace is developing a culture of change, imbuing faculty and staff with an appetite to learn, innovate, and continuously improve. Developing the cultural capacity for change requires committed organizational structures, learning programs, and incentives. The Collaborative aims to help overcome the challenges of change by equipping faculty and staff with a venue in which to collaborate, share knowledge, assemble joint leadership, and mobilize cooperative solutions. We offer several approaches that fit well in different contexts, and often begin with making a series of rapid but minor shifts in how we engage with students to help mobilize a climate of change.
