The Learning Collaborative Is excited to highlight collaboration here at HCC - During Spring of 2025, the Office of People and Talent continues to offer the "Cheers for Peers" program. This initiative is designed to recognize and celebrate colleagues who exemplify HCC's core values—Trust, Kindness, Innovation, Collaboration, and Inclusion. The Cheers for Peers program allows you to submit a recognition for a colleague at any time during the year. Additionally, the Learning Collaborative works closely with the Grant Leaders Community of Practice for coordinators, directors, and leaders of grant-funded programs at HCC, creating a space for collaboration, sharing updates, and learning from guest speakers on relevant topics. This monthly collaboration ensures a unified approach to supporting HCC’s mission and fostering a culture of engagement and growth.
