Myself
What materials will you need for your project?
3D Printer
What is your plan to create in this project?
Key Chain
What unique qualities will your project have?
It will have my name and a design.
Day 1- I added a List of 10 Good Ideas.
Day 2- I added the Daily Log and Planning Questions and started to work on my nametag.
Day 3- Started printing it.
Day 4- Finished printing and finished my website.
Using Tinkercad, I created a nametag because I wanted something to label a thing in my room.
During this process, I learned how to use Tinkercad and how to turn on and print something using the 3D Printer.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I planned what I was going to make and researched how to do it.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out the sizes of the letters and name tag. I was able to do it by looking up how to find and change the size.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how far the letters stick out. The reason why I would change it is because the depth of them looks weird.
