Are you working by yourself or in a team?
Team with Gabe, Tristan, and Grady
What materials will you need for your project?
Hot wheels track and cars.
What is your plan to create in this project?
A racetrack.
What unique qualities will your project have?
It will be made by us.
Day 1- We didn't have much time but we looked at the tracks and made a plan.
Day 2- We made the racetrack and took pictures and videos.
Day 3- Finished up my website.
Using hot wheels, I created a race track because I wanted to see if the car would fall.
During this process, I learned how gravity pulls the car.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I had to figure out what height the track could be without the car flying off.
A challenge I overcame on this project was the car having not enough or to much energy. I was able to do it by holding up the track and adding loops to get rid of power.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how big the track is. The reason why I would change it is because it could be longer/cooler.
