What materials will you need for your project?

What is your plan to create in this project?
A customized coaster.
What unique qualities will your project have?
A cool design and my name.
Day 1- I figured out what I wanted to make.
Day 2-I started designing my coaster.
Day 3-I figured out what shape I wanted my coaster to be and started lasering it.
Day 4- I took pictures of my coasters and finished up my project and website.
My coasters in the Glowforge.
The two coasters I mad and there design.
The front and back.
Using the Glowforge, I created coasters because I needed some for my room .
During this process, I learned how to make a svg file.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I fixed a problem.
A challenge I overcame on this project was finding a free svg template. I was able to do it by going to google.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what I make. The reason why I would change it is because it didn't take me very long.
